Miami Sub and Grill Restaurant

Fast food joint Goals:

· To get throughout the week more than 250 new clients who have never tasted our mouth-watering conventional home-styled foodstuffs

Target:

· Loved ones of current steadfast clients who have never been to our eatery.

Key messages:

· Bring a companion or relative who has never eaten with us and you and your companion will get 10% off the whole course of dinner.

Placement:

· Utilizing Social Media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to report the occasion. Boosting post to achieve 5,000 clients and request that they tag and share the companion they are bringing.

· Loyalists will be encouraged to post snapshots of themselves while dining, and inviting other to join them in the next meal

Evaluate

· Overall reach out and impacts via web-based networking media

· Restaurant Sales and total transactions.

· Sign up of new members hopefully over 250 new accounts created.

Reaching out to the Local Community New & Current Goals:

· To display heart and soul to the local customers in the community to come and test our mouth-watering traditional home-styled products

Target:

· Local customers, friends, family members, and immediate neighbors

Key messages:

· Community members if you have never dined with us before, bring a companion, and you plus your dining mate will receive a coupon, special 15% discount, or new mouth-watering menu tastings.

Placement:

· Getting involved in local community events by means of giving a discount to those who show a snap of themselves with the winning team

· Supporting community demand-driven initiatives by offering coupons and special discounts to those who support these initiatives

Evaluate:

· Overall reach out and impacts via web-based networking media

· Restaurant Sales and total transactions.

· Increase in number of local customers hopefully over 100

Strengthening bonds across generations with mouth-watering traditional home-styled products New & Current Goals:

· To become the top home-styled family restaurant

Target:

· Local customers, friends, family members, and immediate neighbors

Key messages:

· Experience our traditional mouth-watering American home-styled products plus the simpler times of the 1960’s and 1970’s

Placement:

· Implement customer loyalty program and feedback system

· Hold 24 theme nights over the next 12 months

Evaluate:

· Ranking in the local annual restaurant’s review
