In the local town of Atlanta, the state’s rules are changing especially on emerging issues due to the increased number of accidents.

The state is focusing on the changes of emerging and reducing the number of 18 year olds who are driving in the late wee hours of the night.

Therefore, people who are less than 18 years should be restricted to driving in the nights and should have restriction such as curfews (Fell, Tippetts, & Levy, 2008).

There is also the need for focusing on the value of the accidents in the nation and what is influencing the changes in the restrictions (Fell, Tippetts, & Levy, 2008).

It is also controversial since these drivers have undergone the driving licensing and have the necessary qualifications of driving at any time.

There is also the condition of driving under companionship of an 18 year old and above co-driver to help in case of emergencies.

Why it Is Controversial

There is also the need for focusing on the value of the accidents in the nation and what is influencing the changes in the restrictions. Restrictions are also the changes, ways, and means to increase, improve and transform effective performance.

It is also controversial since these drivers have undergone the driving licensing and have the necessary qualifications of driving at any time. More importantly, it is also a challenge due to the changes in communication, transformation and accident free.

There is also the condition of driving under companionship of an 18 year old and above co-driver to help in case of emergencies. This is a leeway for curfews.

Based on State of Georgia’s driving restrictions, all drivers who are less tan 18 years of age are not supposed to be driving between 11pm and 6 am.

This is a conclusion which focuses on the ideas, concepts, ways for assessing the right for driving and focus on the changes for affecting driving.

Another conclusion, is the focus on drivers for using the necessary co-driver who is over 21 years of age and should be either a licensed driver.

This is a conclusion which focuses on the opportunity for reducing accidents especially under poor driving or lack of concertation (Fell, Tippetts, & Levy, 2008).

Different Conclusions

Based on State of Georgia’s driving restrictions, all drivers who are less than 18 years of age are not supposed to be driving between 11pm and 6 am. The use of this is to ensure the chances of accidents is reduced greatly.

This is a conclusion which focuses on the ideas, concepts, ways for assessing the right for driving and focus on the changes for affecting driving. Driving can be affected due to poor driving and carelessness.

Another conclusion, is the focus on drivers for using the necessary co-driver who is over 21 years of age and should be either a licensed driver. A driver should be of over 21 years of age and should be like a supervisor.

This is a conclusion which focuses on the opportunity for reducing accidents especially under poor driving or lack of concertation. Teenagers are and should be affected due to poor planning and communication.

According to the state of Georgia’s accident reports, the majority of accidents are caused due to teenage driving without supervision (Fell, Tippetts, & Levy, 2008).

There is also a common association between poor driving and issues affecting performance in the contemporary community and its issues.

The continuity of the restriction can be used as a common process for ensuring there are no more accidents in the community due to recklessness.

Finally, the data and evidence provided by the Teenage and Adult Driver Responsibility Act (TADRA) is consistent to issues of teenage driving (Fell, Tippetts, & Levy, 2008).

Hence, the use of the evidence is to improve communication and performance.

There are different issues which influence the right data and facts. These are used to indicate the challenges facing teenage driving (Lo, & Yang, 2002).

Restriction has also helped to reduce the incidence of teenage accidents.

The application of the Teenage and Adult Driver Responsibility Act (TADRA) regulations as a productive way is to influence effective driving.

The formation of TADRA has helped to address the emerging issues which influences poor driving and has reduced the loopholes in the licensing acts of all drivers (Lo, & Yang, 2002).

There have been different interventions such as driving with an older companion and imposing restrictions of teenage drivers from 11pm to 6am.

The use of the TADRA act has been an encouragement on how to ensure a positive driving environment.
