A balanced scorecard can be defined as a performance metric which is usually by the management of a company in order to identify internal business operations which might require some level of improvements in order to help a company to get the necessary information that can help a business attain it set goals, missions and vision.
In order for an organization to realize its mission, there is need for it to come up with a balanced scorecard. In our case, there is need for Bakers Inn to identify various internal operations that might require some level of improvements in order to realize the goals of the company.
